Ordering outside the U.S.
Credit cards from outside the U.S. are not accepted by Uniport’s secure server. Please send us your order by e-mail and we will contact you and advise you of international shipping requirements. Note that Customs duties and brokerage fees may be required on some orders and they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within one week. We will make every effort to ship two day and next day packages the same day ordered if placed before noon EST. Backordered items ship in four weeks or less. Please let us know if you have special delivery requirements. If you need to cancel a backorder, please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I find out about the status of my order?
